We’ve changed our telecommunications service provider, and unfortunately the change has not gone smoothly.
We do have internet connectivity back (though 24 hours without it means there is a bit of a backlog to work through!), but our phone line is on day 2 of giving a message that says that the call can not be connected. We have been advised that it could take another 48 hours for the number to be back in action.
